Job Purpose
To use your unique talents, experience, skills, education and enthusiasm to complete the Operations team and to recognize that your contribution is essential to the vision of Ring Container Technologies.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
Perform Employee Services responsibilities at the plant, to include but not limited to:
+ Initiate and ensure completion of candidate/new hire assessments, background screenings and e-verify documents.
+ Set up & maintain employee Workday files and associated documents in Workday
+ Maintain employee vacation requests and training records in Workday
+ Act as liaison between employee and plant/upper management
+ Perform new hire orientation and on-boarding
+ Perform new hire, random, and specific issue drug testing
+ Maintain employee worker documents in Workday for all other areas, such as discipline, MVR reports, special payroll items, confidentiality agreements, consent forms and othe...
