Job Description

  • The Office Manager is responsible for the operational support of the office in all aspects of office management. The responsibilities include, but is not limited to:-
  • Ensure smooth running and maintain cleanliness and order of the office.
  • Procure office/pantry supplies and equipment and maintain reasonable inventory levels of consumables.
  • Maintain office facilities and support any office refurbishment or relocation projects.
  • Oversee and support the office on all facilities related, housekeeping, safety and security issues.
  • Collaborate with IT Manager to support the annual building power shutdown exercise.
  • Update office visuals when necessary, working together with the Marketing Department
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Security Alarm System, CCTVs, water dispensers, landscaping, pest controls, daily general cleaning, and annual deep cleaning services
  • Oversee the external document storage facilities
