Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable office manager. We are a 40 year old company with long term employees and clients. Responsibilities include:
Processing weekly payroll
Setting up new job accounts when a new project is started
Working with controller to ensure financial information is accurate and updating custom reports
Coordinating with clients across the country, providing requested documents and customer support
Open new jobs with paint vendors
Set up and maintain billing for utilities for out of town crews
Renewal of all business and contractor licenses in all required states/cities/counties
Maintain employee sick and vacation records
Enter all invoices and payables into SAGE system
Ensure accuracy of all invoices and prices
Office maintenance and ordering of supplies
