Officer, Credit Operations Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide MIS & analytics to Credit Operations in client onboarding, collections strategy, and fraud management.
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of key Credit Ops MIS such as Operating Reviews, performance, and productivity reports.
• Work with Risk Management to develop and implement Collections strategies and monitor collections performance during A/B testing.
• Conduct analyses and assist in continuous improvement of existing collections strategies through introduction and modification of A/B strategies, and participation in development and implementation of best‑of‑breed analytical tools including Collections Scorecard and Bureau Information.
