Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and updating operational plans and performance indicators for protocol activities.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, etiquette, and diplomatic conduct.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external government entities for official events and missions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong drafting, coordination, and communication abilities.
