Offshore Logistics Coordinator

Airswift is looking for an Offshore Logistics Coordinator (12 months) to work in a contractor position in Rio de Janeiro for an oil and gas company. In-depth knowledge of deepwater drilling and completion operations, associated equipment, common suppliers, platform management on a mobile offshore drilling unit, and logistics involved in performing well work is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily contact with the Well Site Leader (WSL) to define personnel and equipment schedules for time planning.
• Updates the equivalent logistics system with information on the movement of personnel, equipment, solid bulk, and fluids and on vessel movement.
• Prepares Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation and transfers it to the vessel when needed.
• Completes the daily cost spreadsheet and sends it to the Drilling Engineer.
• Obtains the mud analysis from the Mud Engineer and sends it, along with the documentation, to the vessel.
