To perform the overflow of admin tasks of the Talent & Organizational Development/HRIS Team so the team can focus more on a more strategic function.

- Administrative and clerical support 
- Database management 

- Monitoring of compliance training schedules (for Talent & OD) 

- Records management 

- Consolidation of team development programs manual (for Talent & OD) 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in BS Human Resource Management, Development Communication, Social Sciences, Psychology, Computer Science, or Information Technology 
  • The internship must be an academic requirement 
  • Must have a minimum of 300 required OJT hours 
  • Graphic design skills are an advantage
