Job Description
Analyst needed for an Operations Engagement.
Provide business application support for Services & Logistics applications.
Possess cross-functional knowledge in the Oracle Order and Inventory Management module.
Manage services to ensure 24/7 support, 365 days a year.
Should be able to work in continuous US shifts / PST shifts
Will be responsible for handling incidents on weekdays & weekends, for handling escalations, monitoring incidents, and alerts.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of appropriate technical and business knowledge base documents.
Highly preferred Cisco S&L application and business operations experience
Good to have experience & knowledge of Pega.
Candidate should have good communication skills
