Job Description: The daily responsibilities of an On Site IT Solution Specialist require travel and work from customer data centers, offices, and homes. This hands‑on role requires experience with a wide variety of technology, from home solutions to enterprise‑level solutions. There will be a good volume of customer interaction. Customer service skills and the ability to handle escalated situations are essential, in addition to strong technical strengths.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to software, hardware, network or server.
- Create run book documentation, knowledge base articles and training videos.
- Capture configurations and update IT build books on a regular basis.
- Provide daily reports of tasks and activities.
- Provide on‑site technical support for desktop PCs, networks or servers.
