On Site Supervisor

Finikia Developments is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a 54-unit, 8-storey concrete residential building in downtown Halifax. This is a 30‑month project requiring a hands‑on construction professional who will be present on‑site daily, ensuring smooth coordination of trades, safety compliance, and overall site execution.

The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in maintaining schedule, quality, and site efficiency.
