Responsibilities
- Assist bikers during the onboarding process and guide them through the application requirements.
- Collect and review required documents from applicants including:
- Motorcycle OR/CR
- Driver’s License (Restriction 1/A)
- NBI Clearance
- Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct interviews with bikers to assess their qualifications, driving experience and readiness for the role.
- Provide clear instructions and support to applicants regarding onboarding procedures and document submission.
- Maintain organized records of applicant information and submitted documents for tracking and reference.
