The Role
As a Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' first — and most critical — experience with Hostify. You'll own the onboarding journey from day one, ensuring new clients get up and running quickly, confidently, and successfully. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technical know-how and customer relationships.
