Overview

Job Title: HR Specialist – Onboarding and Learning & Development

The HR Specialist – Onboarding and Learning & Development is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding experience of new hires and supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs across the organization. The role ensures new employees have a smooth transition into the company and that ongoing training initiatives are aligned with business needs and help build capability at all levels.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through the end of probation, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
