Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Job
- Reviewing patient booking lists and confirming treatment on hand for compounding
- Receiving & monitoring stock received against booking lists
- Escalating any short supplies, damages, or discrepancies
- Compounding chemotherapy and supporting
- Return of unused or canceled treatment for credit purposes within SLA expectations
- Adhering to requirements according to the returns Policy
- Monitoring, selecting, and charging of consumables used per patient
- Working according to GPP and Medipost standards
- Adhering to OHS requirements and yearly medical surveillance requirements
- Adhering to ISO standards for auditing purposes
- Chemo-specific compounding guidelines ad hoc for the pharmacist with relevant SOP/Policy
- Assisting with clinical trial processes as prescribed by the clinical trial leader within reasonable limits
