- Types of Cases: Radiation Oncology, Consultations/New Patient Visits, Follow ups, Established Patient Visits, On Treatment visits, Treatment Planning, Treatment Supervision
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Board Certified Radiation Oncology
- Certifications: DEA
- Licensure: Active Colorado license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
