Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Actively manage client social media pages including responding to fans and moderating pages.
  • Proactively engage with users and enhance the client's public image through social media.
  • Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers are managed efficiently.
  • Perform activities based on client needs and requirements such as listening, monitoring, or proactive engagement.
  • Ensure KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
  • Achieve high quality results with only general supervision.
  • Effectively communicate the companys mission.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in mass communication, public relation, journalism or any relevant field.
