Getronics is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer in Wellingborough to provide local workplace support and manage customer incidents effectively. You will be responsible for supporting desktop hardware, including Windows OS and Office 365, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a high level of service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and extensive experience in desktop support, as well as a solid understanding of ITIL practices. Flexible working options and extensive training opportunities are provided.
