IT Support Engineer | Technical Support Specialist
Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a talented IT Support professional to join our team and provide high-quality technical assistance in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and resolve service requests in a timely manner
• Install and configure network components
• Install and configure desktop computers and related devices
• Provide technical support to end users regarding office tools, applications, and organizational systems
• Configure client software and mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets (iPhone support included)
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide effective long-term solutions
• Inform the Project Coordinator about equipment requiring repair or replacement
• Support teleconferencing and videoconferencing equipment, including cameras and collaboration tools
