Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Job Description Schools A & A works (Various Locations - West)
- Supervise and inspect site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor contractor’s workmanship, progress, and site activities.
- Ensure works are carried out safely and according to authority requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and witness testing where required.
- Check materials and workmanship quality on site.
- Report site issues, defects, delays, or unsafe practices to consultant.
- Maintain inspection reports, and photographs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance on site.
- Carry out other supervision duties assigned by Consultant Team
