Onsite Warehouse Operations Leader

Damco Spain SL is seeking a Warehouse Site Leader in Colombia, RAP (Especial) Central, Funza to manage daily operations at our Cofradía site. The role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

We need a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse logistics, who can drive performance through KPIs and lead a large team effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
