Drive the GO Expansion program as a Supervisor with ONxpress Civils, focusing on project operations and safety management. Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative rail solutions.
This role requires you to oversee daily operations and manage subcontractors effectively. With at least two years in a supervisory role within rail or construction projects, you'll ensure that operations adhere to both GO Rail and ONxpress safety guidelines while leading job briefings and safety inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate fieldwork and represent ONxpress interests
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety norms
• Attend to and report technical issues with project coordinators
• Document daily activities and challenges encountered
• Conduct weekly safety inspections across project sites
