Take the helm as Procurement Manager at ONxpress Civils, spearheading procurement efforts for significant civil and rail projects. Ensure outstanding service delivery aligned with innovative practices.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of major civil packages, driving compliance within Alliance-based models. You will serve as an advisor to leadership on procurement strategies while negotiating complex contracts. The role is instrumental in enhancing team performance and promoting inclusivity in the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement strategies for major civil and track-related packages
• Manage complex contracts within Alliance frameworks
• Advise on supplier performance and market conditions
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement best practices
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
