Job Description

Drive exponential growth of Cainiao’s Out-of-Home (OOH) network by owning a full-funnel partnership engine: from cold outreach → qualified lead → signed agreement → activated location. You are measured not by sites installed, but by pipeline health, conversion rate, and revenue-per-partner.

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end lead generation: build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital / Offline / Referral
  • Identify and acquire high-potential OOH host partners: convenience stores, pharmacies, transit hubs, real estate developers, and service networks.
  • Define and track Pipeline KPIs. Leads / month - Conversion Rate - Pipeline coverage.
  • Develop and deploy standardized partner qualification frameworks.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with speed and precision.

Marketing-Led Demand Generation

  • Co-create and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer adoption and repeat usage.
