Operation Assistant (facilities management )|School |Yishun

The Services required are set out as follows:
. Liaising with Contract Cleaners on school operations
. Liaising with Term contractors and monitoring their work
. Work closely with Operations Manager
Inspection & Checks (Conducted Daily & Report incidents immediately).
Walkabout to check for
. Mosquito breeding
. Pest control
. Acts of vandalism
. Water blockage & building seepage
. Canteen's hygiene
General Maintenance (Fault - reporting)
. Escort and provide supervision to various Term Contractor when
they are in school to carry out repair works. eg Tuesday contractor
(Building) / Electrical maintenance
. Simple repairs and carpentry work, eg cutting of padlock
. Resolve simple electrical issues/faults such as power trip
. Assist in school decoration.
Landscaping
. Check on plants that need to be trimmed and inform Term
Contractors / supervise grass cutting.
