Job Description
The Operations Audit Specialist is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving operational compliance across departments and branches. This role ensures that company policies, SOPs, controls, and performance standards are properly implemented to minimize risk, prevent losses, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and surprise audits of branches, warehouses, and offices
- Review compliance with SOPs, company policies, and operational standards
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company rules, and regulatory requirements
