Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement corporate innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across all business functions.
  3. Facilitate problem-solving activities using PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, and Quality Improvement methodologies.
  4. Establish and manage company-wide innovation programs, conventions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Drive business process improvement projects to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  6. Design and deliver training programs related to Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Innovation.
  7. Monitor and evaluate improvement project performance and ensure sustainability of implemented initiatives.
