- Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
- Working hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 12.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Service- Support daily operations to improve service quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Handle customer service matters and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including quotations and internal documentation.
- Ensure high service standards through proper procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate and monitor shipment status with hauliers and shipping companies.
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation to ensure timely delivery.
