Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Address customers’ requests, feedback and queries via email and phone calls and other channels.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse operations to respond to enquiries within the required response time while maintaining a high quality of service.
  • Be proactive to resolve any escalation of customer issues or complaints.
  • Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation.
  • Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
  • Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
  • Assist in issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit).
  • Make sure customer’s orders are processed promptly & accurately.
  • Make sure timely & accurate billing process.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory accuracy in WMS system...
