We are looking for an energetic, organized, proactive person to help manage daily operations and improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Help oversee daily activities during opening hours
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the space
- Coordinate staff and daily tasks
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere
- Assist with opening/closing procedures
Customer Experience
- Welcome families and guests
- Handle customer questions and concerns
