Job Description

Vehicle & Hardware Support

  • Diagnose hardware‑linked failures in connected vehicles:
    TCU resets, signal loss, OTA download/flash failures, CAN/OBD anomalies, power and cellular issues.

  • Analyze OBD logs, UART logs, TCU dumps, and telematics traces; prepare pre‑RCA data packs with VIN and scenario traceability.

  • Validate issues on bench setups (HIL/SIL where applicable) and document clear reproducibility steps.

  • Support OTA trials and regression checks for hardware‑dependent features; verify preconditions and rollback safety.

  • Maintain diagnostic toolkits, triage checklists, and versioned playbooks; close feedback loops with field teams.
  • App & Cloud Support

  • Investigate issues related to customer and dealer mobile applications: login, pairing, feature activation, notifications, and telematics data sync.
