Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations & coordinate multiple teams
- Plan marketing, sales, and influencer campaigns strategies
- Recruit, guide, and manage agents to meet targets
- Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities and market trends to maximize engagement
- Monitor team performance & prepare operational reports
- Respond promptly to emergencies & urgent requests
