YOUR ROLE

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end operations in a 24/7 environment, ensuring seamless execution, service excellence, cost efficiency, and team performance. This role oversees a large team comprising Supervisors, Customer Service Officers, Team Leads, and Logistics Assistants, driving operational discipline, workforce planning, safety, and continuous improvement to meet business and customer requirements.
