Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
- Manage day-to-day marine repair and service operations.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair, maintenance, retrofit, and overhaul projects.
- Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, tools, and materials.
- Monitor project progress and address operational challenges to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with vessel owners, ship managers, shipyards, and subcontractors.
Customer & Commercial Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repair and service activities.
- Prepare quotations, service proposals, and project cost estimates.
- Negotiate service schedules and project requirements with clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for additional services.
