Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and quality assurance (QA).
- Manage and coordinate the four (4) direct reports.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and Halal compliance across all operations.
- Work closely with the Franchising VP to support franchisees, including supply, marketing collaterals, and QA standards.
- Report directly to the CEO/President on operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in related roles.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Full-time employment eligibility.
