We are supporting a leading client in the Financial Services industry, and we are seeking a skilled Business Improvement / Operational Excellence Analyst. This is a meaningful opportunity for an analytically strong and improvement-focused professional to contribute to a broader transformation agenda, working across international operations and engaging with senior stakeholders across the business. The Role Reporting into the Transformation function, you will take ownership of identifying and delivering process improvement initiatives while maintaining strong data governance and reporting standards. You will be equally comfortable structuring ambiguous business problems from scratch, designing automation solutions and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. This is a role for someone who owns outcomes end to end, from problem definition through to measurable impact, and who thrives without needing constant direction.
