Job Description

We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Consultant to join our Operational Excellence team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to be involved in the design and delivery of transformative change centered around the themes of Digitization, Process Improvement, Risk Management and Customer Centricity. Working with a broad group of professionals across the organization, the role provides process improvement expertise to support those key initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role.

Position Responsibilities:
Conducting process discovery & walkthrough sessions for operational and/or support processes gathering adequate information and data to support the project objectives validating information and data used for developing project deliverables.
