Champion manufacturing excellence as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Lead onsite Lean Production System initiatives to enhance operational maturity and cultivate a high-performance culture across the facility.
This manager role requires leading the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and supporting the site’s progress through regular assessments. Partner with site leaders to develop and execute improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to coach teams and share successful practices across sites, fostering better collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
