Operational Excellence Manager

Overview

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead local improvement and operational teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities across the supply chain to improve productivity, process performance, capacity utilization, efficiency, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Use data and systematic tools to improve efficiency, throughput, and capacity utilization
• Review process performance and optimize the use of resources, equipment, and materials
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across operations
• Create and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track performance and results
• Implement Operational Excellence ways of working and support a strong continuous improvement culture
