This role partners closely with General Managers and business leaders to pressure test assumptions, optimize profitability, and drive operational excellence in a private equity–backed manufacturing environment. The director builds and maintains robust KPI dashboards, budgeting and forecasting processes, and capital allocation frameworks that support both organic growth and acquisition activity.
