Key Responsibilities:
• Direct 3 Building Operators in daily tasks
• Execute and oversee capital planning projects
• Maintain and update Building Condition Reports
• Serve as liaison with CBRE/Brookfield on operations
• Lead Health & Safety initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in operations within high-rises
• Secondary diploma in relevant fields preferred
• Understand HVAC and life safety standards
• Proficiency with management systems necessary
• Strong skills in MS Office and teamwork
