Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an Operational Manager on behalf of our client, based in Centurion. The Operational Manager will be required to communicate effectively, adapt to change easily, as this company is still in a growing phase. Good conflict resolution, critical thinking, and decision‑making capabilities are essential. Mentoring and coaching will be a large part of your daily duties.
