Operational Manager
Contracta-Force Corporate Solutions (Pty) is seeking an Operational Manager for an outstanding company in Atlantis (Western Cape).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and oversee operations.
- Formulate strategies to improve performance.
- Procure material and resources, ensuring compliance.
- Increase customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
- Mentor team members.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A chemistry background is an added advantage.
Package & Remuneration
R30,000 Negotiable.
