Operational Planner

The Opportunity:

As an Operational Planner for the Identity and Exploitation Operations (IDEX) team, you'll bring strategic, operational, tactical, data analysis, and program management expertise to collaborate and coordinate planning and activities at an Army Service Component Command in support of real-world operations in Europe and Africa.

You will lead and participate in mission planning, analyze policies and procedures, develop and implement programs, and provide subject matter expertise for deliberate and crisis action planning. Additionally, you'll provide research, analysis, and technical expertise in the development of Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Orders, Concept Plans (CONPLANs), and Operation Plans (OPLANs). You'll apply expertise to assist in the planning and coordination of exercises, training, and operational activities in support of emerging requirements.
