Operational Support Specialist (IT) Location: Wester Cape 
Our client in the Telecommunication industry is looking for an Operational Support Specialist. 
Key responsibilities Analyze and examine current systems, the effectiveness of systems and assist management with information regarding feasibility of systems 
Talking to users and gathering of requirements 
Producing specifications for new or modified systems 
Support clients in administer defects and incidents within the system production environment. 
Implementations of new systems. 
Follow up on testing defects 
Support to other business areas and external teams 
Strong administration skills. 
Preparing user manuals, prepare functional descriptions and update existing documents 
Good communication skills. 
Will be required to interact with different companies.
