This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the skills, safety, and compliance of our workforce across our growing business. Experience within highways is essential but this could be a great opportunity for someone within an operational role to move onto a new career path.

You’ll be responsible for delivering, and continuously improving a wide range of training programmes and inductions, ensuring our employees and subcontractors are fully equipped to carry out their roles safely and effectively.
