The post is working Days  
The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 10:00hrs - 18:00hrs  
The rate of pay is: £14.31 per hour  
Main Responsibilities: The main responsibilities for the position as an Operational Trainer includes: 
Training and assessing a team across various roles 
Ensuring refresher trainings carried out in a timely manner 
Ensure staff meet the standards required of fulfill targets and customer specifications 
Planning of department training activities 
Completion of training documentation 
Provide feedback to employees and management regarding progress and performance 
Assist on production lines where and when requested
