Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer, vehicle and booking related administrative processes.
- Process and verify documents, agreements and supporting paperwork.
- Attend to inbound customer enquiries from existing and potential customers.
- Assist in onboarding and verification of new customers.
- Investigate and follow up on customer complaints, vehicle damage cases, and rental incidents.
- Follow up on invoices, payments and pending cases.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail‑oriented
- Able to work independently and follow up on tasks effectively.
