Job Summary
We’re hiring an Operations Specialist for our new Material Recovery Facility (MRF) near Napanee, ON. This role supports daily operations by providing administrative assistance to Managers and helping with tasks like data entry, reporting, and coordination.
Rotational Shift - Monday to Friday Day Shift (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and Afternoon Shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm)
Location: 2332 Lennox & Addington County Rd 41, Roblin ON
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
- Creates, distributes, and closes‑out customer tickets on a daily basis.
- Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis.
- Communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues.
- Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
