About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational delivery across multiple workstreams. This role is hands‑on and delivery-focused, requiring the ability to manage high volumes of administrative and data‑driven tasks while consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate data processing, timely responses to queries, and adherence to operational controls and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain and update consumer and commercial data across client systems
• Manage high-volume workloads across multiple tasks to consistently meet SLAs
