Summary
The Operations Analyst position plays a vital role in the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, division leaders and Project Managers and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operational tasks associated with Professional Services teams and projects.
Responsibilities
- Internal project management/coordination of projects and liaising with Project Managers and Team Leaders
- Scheduling project resources (technical, consultancy and training services), administer additions, changes, and deletions in the scheduling system
- Maintain project statuses and financial budgets for projects within NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro
- Support Professional Services Operations Manager maintaining systems and processes, ensuring efficient processing of projects and all related tasks
